Welcome to your dream rental home, perfect for families and groups of up to 12 guests! The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances you need. Casita has 5 bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds and linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. One of the unique features of this rental home is the nursery, perfect for families with young children. The nursery is equipped with a crib, a changing table and a rocking chair. Outside, there's a large pool, BBQ and outdoor seating area.

Entire house, guests are welcome to use it. Owner closets are locked.

Located in Veranda Palms. Club house amenities include gym and pool with kids splash area.

Additional Services (Requires extra payment):
Spa heat $20 per day
Pool and Spa $45 per day

The pool heat must be turned on for the entire duration of your stay.

BBQ is INCLUDED with your booking. The propane gas is the RESPONSIBILITY of the guest- cleaning fees may apply if grease trap is not emptied out. Cleaning fee of $25 will be sent.

Additional options must be paid at least two days before the arrival date.

We have a firm check-out time of 10 AM.

Our cleaning/maintenance team has a cleaning schedule linked to our calendar, and they need adequate time to clean and sanitize the property for your arrival and other guests arrival.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
